Fair Registration 2026
Account Setup
You will need to create a separate account for each child entering. You can use the same email address, but each account must have a unique username. YES—we know some of you have a lot of kids! Thank you for your patience as you fill these out without complaining!
Entry Fees & Payment
Each pen entered costs $2.00. (Each entry = one pen. Commercial trios or pairs count as one pen.)
There is a 10-pen limit per exhibitor. If we see more than 10, we’ll contact you to remove one.
Egg entries do not count toward your 10-pen limit.
Trios and pairs each count as one pen.
There is a $40 maximum entry fee per family. You’ll see a total due at fair check-in, but don’t panic—we’ll adjust the total on our end to apply the family cap.
Payment is due at check-in:
Cash or check (made out to Pima County 4-H Poultry Project).
Egg Entries
Eggs are entered by the half dozen (6). When entering, simply select “1” in any gender box—do not put “6.”
Decorative egg entries are entered as a single item. Enter “1” and bring one decorated egg.
Uploading Paperwork
You’ll see an option to upload paperwork. You do not need to upload anything. Select “Exempt” when prompted. This feature exists for other types of shows and doesn’t apply to poultry.
Editing Entries
Once you click Submit, you won’t be able to edit your entry—but don’t worry, we can make changes for you if needed. Contact us if you need to adjust anything.
No changes will be allowed after March 15, except for scratches!
