Fair Registration 2026
Paperwork
You will need to complete a separate entry form for each child entering.
You may use the same email address for multiple entries, but each form must list one individual exhibitor name.
The entry form is a fillable PDF. Once completed, please save the file and email it to hello@pimacounty4hpoultry.org.
YES—we know some of you have a lot of kids! Thank you for your patience as you complete these forms.
All entries must be emailed no later than March 15.
Reminder about leg bands:
Leg band numbers are not required on this entry form (they were required on the ownership form).
Leg bands are used in case birds escape or if ownership is ever questioned.
If a leg band is lost or damaged and a number needs to be changed, you must email us to report the change so it is documented.
Egg Entries
Laying eggs must be entered by the half dozen (6) and brought in your own container.
Only one entry per egg color is allowed.
Decorative eggs are entered as a single item.
Enter “1” and bring one decorated egg.
Editing Entries
Once you submit your entry form, you will not be able to edit it yourself. However, we are happy to make changes for you if needed — just contact us.
Please note:
Birds may NOT be added after submission.
Birds may be scratched (removed), and this is especially helpful if we are notified in advance so we can adjust cage space.
No changes will be allowed after March 15, except for scratches.
Entry Fees & Payment (Due at Check-In)
Each pen entered costs $2.00.
Commercial and Heritage trios and pairs each count as one pen.
There is a 10-pen limit per exhibitor. If more than 10 pens are entered, we will contact you to remove one.
Egg entries do NOT count toward the 10-pen limit.
There is a $40 maximum entry fee per family.
Payment is due at check-in:
Cash
Check (made payable to Pima County 4-H Poultry Project)
REMEMBER! When filling out the form, include important details—such as whether your breed is bearded or non-bearded (for breeds where that applies) or which comb type your bird has if the breed allows more than one option. Check your standard if there is any question!
