Fair Registration 2026

You will have to create an account for each child you have entering. You can use the same email but the username will need to be different. YES-we understand some of you have a lot of kids. Thank you for being patient and filling these out without complaining!

There is a $40 cap for entries due PER FAMILY. You will see a total due at fair check in but please, do not freak out! We will adjust per family on our end. Payment is due at check in CASH or CHECK (made out to Pima County 4-H Poultry project)

Each pen entered is $2.00. (every entry is one pen. commercial projects with trios or pairs will be counted as one pen) - dust off those high school math skills in 3…2….1….

There is a limit to 10 pens per exhibitor. If we see more than 10, we will contact you to remove a pen.

Egg entries DO NOT COUNT toward your pens.

TRIOS and PAIRS count as ONE PEN.

You may have to do some math to make sure your entries are at 10. (NOT INCLUDING EGGS, TRIOS, PAIRS - again those count as ONE pen!)

Egg entries are included on this form. Eggs are entered BY THE HALF DOZEN (6). When entering the eggs class, simply select ‘1’ in any of the gender boxes. No need put in ‘6’…unless you want to do more math to when counting your pens

Decorative egg entries is NOT a half dozen. Enter ‘1’ for these and bring one.

You’ll see an option to upload paperwork. YOU DO NOT NEED TO UPLOAD PAPERWORK. Click exempt. This is built in to the software for poultry shows.

Once you click submit you will not be able to edit your entry. FEAR NOT. We can. Let us know if you need changes made.

No changes will be allowed after march 15 except scratches
