  • The deadline to register for the fair is March 15, 2026. The registration form will be available around February 15th, so keep an eye out—we’ll share it as soon as it’s ready!

  • Each exhibitor is required to attend at least ONE work day. This is part of being a responsible participant and helping keep our barn and project running smoothly!

    Can’t make either day? No problem—but you MUST contact Keisha before the workdays to make other arrangements. Communication is key and we’re happy to work with you!

  • April 20- Check in between 12 - 6 pm at the North East corner of the barn

    April 21- Showmanship and commercial turkey judging/showmanship

    April 22- Breed and Commercial Project Judging

  • Yes. Once you check in on the 21st, your birds are required to stay until Sunday April 27. Coop out time will be 5 pm after the completion of the 4-H FFA Wrap up Meeting.

  • If you are showing a commercial laying hen, you need to put those eggs in the bin we will provide on top of their cage.

    all other birds and their Exhibitors can take THEIR EGGS only. If your chicken lays an egg, you can remove that egg and take it home.

    You cannot remove the egg of any bird that doesn't belong to you.

  • Yes! Our judges are ABA/APA licensed and the show will be sanctioned!
