On Saturday, March 7th, Tucson Village Farm will host its 3rd annual Barnyard Trot, a team challenge course and farm festival that has welcomed over 350 participants in past years. Teams of family and friends will navigate twelve interactive “egg-tivity” stations spread throughout the farm’s gardens and fields, completing fun challenges and earning chances to win raffles and prizes along the way. The event will conclude at the farm’s new Animal Education Center.

Alongside the challenge course, the community farm festival Expo will focus on education, outreach, and family-friendly activities.

Pima County 4-H members are invited to create and present educational poster displays at the Barnyard Trot Expo. This provides an excellent opportunity to share knowledge, showcase creativity, and make a positive impact in the community.

Members who volunteer to present will receive a Community Service Award Certificate and can count their participation as 4-H volunteer hours.
