Will you be able to attend fair?

The final deadline to submit YQCA certification is January 31st. YQCA certification is required to participate in the fair for all projects. Exhibitors who do not have their certification submitted by the deadline will not be allowed to show at the fair. No exceptions will be made.

All YQCA certificates must be emailed to the Poultry Project at hello@pimacounty4hpoulty.org. The exhibitor’s name and expiration date must be clearly visible. Expired, incomplete, or missing certificates will make the exhibitor ineligible to participate in the fair.

Before assuming you are finished, check the YQCA list here. The list is updated as certificates are received and is dated with the most recent update. Your name must appear on the list in order to participate at the fair. If your name is missing, submit your certificate immediately.

If you have questions or are having trouble with YQCA, you must contact us before 10:00 PM on January 31st. After 10:00 PM, assistance cannot be guaranteed. Certificates submitted after midnight will not be accepted.

Failure to submit your YQCA certification by the deadline will result in the exhibitor being ineligible to participate at the fair.
