Will you be able to attend fair?

The final deadline to submit YQCA certification and ownership paperwork is January 31st. These items are required to participate in the fair. Exhibitors who do not have both items submitted by the end of Saturday will not be allowed to show at the fair. No exceptions will be made.

All YQCA certificates must be emailed to the Poultry Project. The exhibitor’s name and expiration date must be clearly visible. Expired, incomplete, or missing certificates will result in disqualification from fair participation.

Every exhibitor must also have a completed ownership form on file listing all possible fair birds, including Commercial Cornish Cross and quail. Birds must be listed even if they are not yet hatched, purchased, or currently owned. Multiple ownership forms may be submitted if needed.

If you have questions, you must contact us before 10:00 PM on the 31st. After that time, assistance cannot be guaranteed and late submissions (after midnight) will not be accepted.

Before assuming you are finished, check the lists here. One list shows who submitted ownership paperwork, and the other shows who submitted YQCA certificates by 10:00 PM on January 29th. Your name must appear on both lists in order to participate at the fair. If you are missing from either list, you must submit the required item immediately.

Failure to submit both YQCA and ownership paperwork by the deadline will result in the exhibitor being ineligible to participate at the fair.
