You must complete this form for any birds you plan to show at the fair.
DEADLINE: January 31, 2026

If the form won’t let you add more birds, go ahead and submit it, then fill out another form for the remaining entries.

List every bird you might bring!
We’ll use this information to confirm ownership and leg band numbers for fair registration and check-in. We strongly recommend registering all birds now so there are no issues later with eligibility. It’s also best to register birds under each child’s name in case birds need to be switched between siblings.

Don’t forget to include any Cornish Cross meat birds or quail that will be ordered or hatched in the coming months.
Even though their hatch dates fall after the ownership deadline, they still must be declared as owned.
